TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, please email info@sbluxuryscents within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you instructions for return. We require that your item is returned within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. If you decide to return an item(s) to SB Luxury Scents, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SB Luxury Scents. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.  Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Where do you ship your products?  We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping! How long will it take to receive my order? Orders will be processed by the following business day, or within 2 business days if the next day happens to be a public holiday. Express orders will be processed same day except for Sundays. Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there’s a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  Note: This information applies to all orders within the United States.  Do you ship internationally?  If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to info@sbluxuryscents.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Can I cancel or edit my order?  If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at info@sbluxuryscents.com. How can I check the status of my order?  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email info@sbluxuryscents.com and we'll help resolve your issue!
